About the Interviews
The interview usually takes about 30 minutes and follows up on the survey questions.
It is a relaxed conversation — there are no right or wrong answers — and everything
you share is confidential.
Interviews can be by phone or in person in the church library, at a time that works for you.
What we'll talk about
Books and study groups — whether you find reading helpful for thinking
through your faith and the world, and whether you've participated in any book study
groups at the church.
Faith and citizenship — how your faith connects to your life as a
citizen, things like voting or other ways you participate in public life. For example,
what you're praying for when you say "Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven."
Your participation will contribute directly to research being presented at the
Religious Research Association Annual Meeting in Denver, October 2026 —
and findings will be shared with the congregation.
