David was founder and first Executive
Director of the IRTC. David suffered a massive stroke, May 10, 1999
and died June 15, 1999. With the express permission of Marta Frascati
Lochhead, David's wife and a Director of the IRTC, David's Home Page will
be permanently located on the IRTC Web site. From time to time other
items will be added as they become available, but David's Home Page will
remain exactly as he left it May 10, 1999.
