The question Betty raises of "worthy" Vision & Mission is a good one. However, I am not aware of any organization that fares better than the 20% active participation rule. What does it take to motivate some people...ie. the 80%?

Any suggestions or examples? Anyone had success with the 80% status quo?

Some of you folks listed have not responed with your thoughts, one of you may have the answer, dig in ok? Or (grin) does the 20% active/80% status quo apply in this study also? Check the number of active response's vs. those not active? (Gotcha)
